Sponsor VIP Code of Conduct detailed below:
- Please have all Sponsor badge holders check in at the entrance to receive their wrist band.
- All seating at the event is open seating, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors and their guests are not permitted to save seats in advance or hold seats for others who are not present. We ask that everyone be respectful of fellow attendees and share available seating so all guests can enjoy the event comfortably.
- Respect the staff; they are volunteers. Be mindful of the staff/volunteers and follow their directions when asked.
- Help us maintain a friendly and welcoming environment by respecting other guests and Sponsors.
- Do not pass your Sponsor VIP Badges to others after entering the Sponsor Hospitality VIP Tent. Each badge number is assigned to your company and is recorded prior to your arrival to prevent duplicates or reselling
- If you are observed passing used Sponsor VIP badges to others, you will be asked to leave the area, your re-entry will be denied, your badge will be confiscated, and the sponsor will be notified of the violation.
- Please observe and obey posted signage, ex. “no guests beyond this point, etc.”
- The Sponsor Hospitality VIP Tent and the ATS Transportation Sponsor VIP Bar are a non-smoking areas.
- Please provide one lanyard per Sponsor VIP badge to your customers before arrival.
- One (1) Beverage may be taken out of the Sponsor Hospitality VIP Tent area.
- Seating is available across the Taylor Farms Pedestrian Bridge, in the South Grandstands, in the Lower Grandstand area. Designated by, “Sponsor VIP Seating Area,” Signs.Guests must have a Sponsor VIP Badge to enter.
- Additional complimentary beverages are available at the ATS Transportation Bar below the South Grandstands. Badges and wrist bands are required for entry to the ATS bar. Two (2) beverage(s) per person will be allowed out of the ATS Bar, per visit. If it is suspected a guest is abusing this privilege by making multiply visits within a short period of time, after a warning, we may confiscate their badge.
- No food will be allowed outside of the Sponsor Hospitality VIP Tent area.
- Do not pass food or drink outside of the Sponsor Hospitality VIP Tent area. In doing so, your Sponsor VIP badge will be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave the Sponsor Hospitality VIP tent area.
- Children are not allowed to climb fences. The track fence is there for guests’ protection.
- Strollers will not be allowed in the Sponsor Hospitality VIP Tent. Strollers are to be left in the designated area. Please ask a committee member for directions to the designated area.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be left unattended outside of the entrance gates at any time. Failure to comply may result in law enforcement being contacted.
- Restrooms for Sponsors are located outside the Sponsor Hospitality VIP Tent under the West Grandstand or in the South Grandstands, next to the ATS Transportation Bar.
- Please inform your guests of these policies and your expectations for their good behavior. Their behavior is a reflection of your sponsorship, your brand, and your family.
- Persons behaving disorderly conduct will be asked to leave the tent, surrender their Sponsor VIP badge, and prevented from returning. For repeat offenders, the Sponsor committee will contact the Sponsor and document the offense, which could compromise your future Sponsorship opportunities.
- Rules are subject to change at any time, at the discretion of the staff. Please check back frequently for any changes or updates.
