Spent Here, Stays Here

The money that you spend at select food booths, parking your car and more during the Rodeo and other events at the Salinas Sports Complex stays right here in Monterey County. Each year the California Rodeo Inc. gives over $500,000 to mostly local non-profits thanks to your support. In 2020 and 2021 despite the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Rodeo Association was able to return over $376,000 to non-profits.

We also give back to Rodeo related causes that might be outside of the county including the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund, Friends of Rodeo, the California Circuit Finals and the Women's Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA) circuit.
