Take part in over a century of tradition. More than one hundred years of history, Rodeo action and western entertainment, the California Rodeo maintains the glory, commitment and integrity of the American spirit.

Lend positive exposure to your business. The California Rodeo is extensively promoted throughout California via television, radio, print media and direct mail campaigning. Each year more than 60,000 people attend and participate in the Rodeo and Big Week activities, and thousands of viewers catch the action when the Rodeo is televised on The Cowboy Channel and Cowboy Channel + app.

As a sponsor of the California Rodeo, your dollars go toward raising funds for local service and charitable organizations and creating opportunities for youths to participate in a nationally recognized community activity. The California Rodeo gives back over $530,000 annually to local non-profits.

2022 Sponsorship Packages

The sponsor committee of the California Rodeo is open to working with each sponsor individually to customize packages to better suit the needs of your business. Rodeo sponsor packages start at $4,000 and are fully customizable to fit your advertising and marketing needs.

The sponsorship packages for the upcoming California Rodeo Salinas are outlined below in greater detailed.

Sponsor - $4,500

Benefits:

TICKETING

Four (4) Sponsor VIP tickets for each day of the Rodeo event. Each ticket is good for one (1) admission into the Salinas Sports Complex and designated Sponsor VIP areas: Sponsor Hospitality Tent, Sponsor VIP Seating Area and the ATS Transportation VIP Bar. Extra Sponsor VIP tickets may be purchased for $300 each. Limited availability, per your sponsorship package. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.

One (1) Sponsor parking pass each day of the Event.

Eight (8) General Admission tickets to the South Grandstands for each day of the Event.

SIGNAGE ELEMENT

One (1) 4’ by 8’ Sponsor vinyl banner to be displayed on perimeter fencing during the Rodeo Event. Sponsor to produce the banner.

ADDED VALUE

One framed Rodeo Commemorative Poster.

Sponsor name listing on the Sponsor Roster page of the California Rodeo website.

Sponsor name listing on the Sponsor Roster banners displayed in the Sponsor Hospitality Tent and on the Big Screen(s).

Sponsor name listing on the Sponsor Roster page in the Souvenir Program.

An invitation to the Sponsor Pick Up Party, held approximately three (3) weeks prior to the Rodeo event.

Sponsor name announced during the Rodeo Event.

The California Rodeo Sponsor committee will make every effort to customize this package to give the best exposure and to meet the needs of the Sponsor and the California Rodeo.


Major Sponsor - $6,500

Benefits:

TICKETING

Six (6) Sponsor VIP tickets for each day of the Rodeo event. Each ticket is good for one (1) admission into the Salinas Sports Complex and designated Sponsor VIP areas: Sponsor Hospitality Tent, Sponsor VIP Seating Area and the ATS Transportation VIP Bar. Extra Sponsor VIP tickets may be purchased for $300 each. Limited availability, per your sponsorship package. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.

Two (2) Sponsor parking pass each day of the Event.

Twelve (12) General Admission tickets to the South Grandstands for each day of the Event.

One (1) 4’ by 8’ Sponsor vinyl banner to be displayed on the back of the West Grandstands during the Rodeo Event. Sponsor to produce the banner.

Option for Sponsor named Track Event OR Location Naming Right for more exposure. - Track Events OR Location Naming rights are available on a first come, first served basis. Subject to availability.

Two (2) Sponsor parking pass each day of the Event.

Sixteen (16) General Admission tickets to the South Grandstands for each day of the Event.

Option to purchase one (1) Hayward Pavilion Sponsor box for one (1) year. - Hayward Pavilion Sponsor boxes are only available to Champion, Gold Champion, Grand Champion and All-Around Grand Champion Sponsors and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Option for Sponsor named Track Event OR Location Naming Right for more exposure. - Track Events OR Location Naming rights are available on a first come, first served basis. Subject to availability.

One (1) 4’ x 6’ Sponsor logo flag presented during the Rodeo Sponsor Flag presentations. - Guaranteed one presentation per performance, possibly more. Sponsor to produce the flag.

One (1) 4’ by 8’ Sponsor vinyl banner to be displayed on the back of the West Grandstands during the Rodeo Event. Sponsor to produce the banner.

Each ticket is good for one (1) admission into the Salinas Sports Complex and designated Sponsor VIP areas: Sponsor Hospitality Tent, Sponsor VIP Seating Area and the ATS Transportation VIP Bar. Extra Sponsor VIP tickets may be purchased for $300 each. Limited availability, per your sponsorship package. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.

Three (3) Sponsor parking pass each day of the Event.

Twenty-four (24) General Admission tickets to the South Grandstands for each day of the Event.

Option to purchase one (1) Hayward Pavilion Sponsor box for one (1) year. Hayward Pavilion Sponsor boxes are only available to Champion, Gold Champion, Grand Champion and All-Around Grand Champion Sponsors and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Option for Sponsor named PRCA Arena & Buckle Donor Event Sponsorship OR Location Naming Right for more exposure. - Available on a first come, first served basis.

Benefits:

TICKETING

One (1) Reserved Table for eight (8) guests in the Sponsor Hospitality Tent for two (2) hours when the Sponsor Hospitality Tent opens.

Twenty (20) Sponsor VIP tickets for each day of the Rodeo event. Each ticket is good for one (1) admission into the Salinas Sports Complex and designated Sponsor VIP areas: Sponsor Hospitality Tent, Sponsor VIP Seating Area and the ATS Transportation VIP Bar. Extra Sponsor VIP tickets may be purchased for $300 each. Limited availability, per your sponsorship package. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.

Four (4) Sponsor parking pass each day of the Event.

Thirty-two (32) General Admission tickets to the South Grandstands for each day of the Event.

Option to purchase one (1) Hayward Pavilion Sponsor box for one (1) year. Hayward Pavilion Sponsor boxes are only available to Champion, Gold Champion, Grand Champion and All-Around Grand Champion Sponsors and are available on a first come, first served basis.
