Cowboy Poetry

Cowboys & Cabernet-Poetry & Wine Tasting Friday July 15, 2011, 5pm

The 2011 Cowboy Poetry Celebration will be held Friday night, July 15^th at the Steinbeck Institute of Art & Culture (formerly Sherwood Hall) to help kick off Big Week. Talent will include Belinda Gail, The Saddle Cats, Clem Albertoni, Diane Tribitt and Tony Argento.  The doors will open at 5pm with a barbecue available for purchase ($15); attendees can also taste wine and receive a souvenir wine glass for $10. The main event starts at 6pm with an open mic session and tickets for this portion of the event at $30 per person. A portion of proceeds to benefit the Foundation for Monterey County Free Libraries.
