The first annual Country Christmas with the California Rodeo Salinas will happen Thursday, November 30th from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Salinas Sports Complex (1034 N. Main St.). The event is presented by MYCARS.com.

This FREE community event will feature photos with Santa Claus, a letter to Santa writing station, hot cocoa, candy canes, and the lighting of a 20-foot Christmas tree at 6 pm.

There will be gifts for children, folklorico dances, and choir performances.

Bring the family to celebrate the season and lift your holiday spirits.

This is an outdoor event (weather permitting) so dress accordingly.

GIFTS FOR 500 KIDS!!

Compass Church is generously donating gifts for the Country Christmas Celebration presented by MyCars.Com on November 30th - the first 500 children at the event will receive a Christmas gift!

LUNA CRECIENTE

Luna Creciente will perform at 5:40 pm and 6:20 pm on November 30th.

Luna Creciente is a non-profit organization that strives to empower Latinas/Hispanic women through leadership, advocacy, art, and culture. We provide workshops, and dance and music classes that help strengthen family bonding and self-esteem.

Folklorico classes contribute to the students' physical, intellectual, and artistic development and fill an artistic and cultural need for the community.
