Nearly 14,000 fans filled the Salinas Sports Complex Sunday afternoon as the 116th California Rodeo Salinas concluded with Crown Royal Day of Champions, crowning this year's champions in front of an enthusiastic crowd after four days of world-class PRCA competition.
The final performance featured championship rides and runs as contestants battled through the finals for the coveted California Rodeo Salinas buckles. Sunday's action capped another successful year for one of the nation's premier professional rodeos. Championship results included:

- Bareback Riding: Leighton Berry
- Steer Wrestling: Stan Branco
- Team Roping: Dawson Graham / Dillion Graham
- Saddle Bronc Riding: Darcy Radel
- Tie-Down Roping: Shad Mayfield
- Barrel Racing: Tricia Aldridge
- Breakaway Roping: Josie Conner
- Bull Riding: TJ Gray
This year's rodeo also marked a historic milestone with the inaugural Legacy Team Roping, making the California Rodeo Salinas the first PRCA rodeo in the country to host the competition. The event recognized veteran team ropers age 50 and over competing in the California Rodeo Salinas Team Roping. Contestants competed for a separate purse featuring $5,000 in added money and the first-ever Legacy Team Roping championship buckles.
