Big Week is almost here! The 116th California Rodeo Salinas returns July 16–19, bringing four action-packed days of world-class Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association rodeo competition, exciting theme nights and days, family entertainment, and Western tradition to the Salinas Sports Complex.
Fans can save on both carnival and rodeo admission by taking advantage of several special promotions available. Rodeo ticket prices begin at $26, but fans can save by purchasing before prices increase $5 per ticket beginning Monday, July 13.
July 10–19 – California Rodeo Salinas Carnival
Presented by Chick-fil-A North Salinas
Kick off Big Week with ten days of carnival fun featuring thrilling rides, games and classic fair food. Unlimited ride wristbands are $35 through July 9 and $40 beginning July 10. Admission and parking are just $5 each.
Thursday, July 16 – Wrangler Bucking Cancer Night
Presented by Mechanics Bank and Salinas Valley Health
Wear pink in support of breast cancer awareness or gold in honor of children battling pediatric cancer.
Fans can also take advantage of the popular Coca-Cola Can Promotion by bringing one empty Coca-Cola product to the California Rodeo Ticket Office after 10:00 a.m. on July 16 to purchase one General Admission ticket for just $10 (limit one discounted ticket per Coca-Cola item, while supplies last).
Friday, July 17 – Ag Appreciation Night
Presented by Church Brothers Farms
Celebrate the rich agricultural heritage of the Salinas Valley as local produce mascots race down the track during the fan-favorite Produce Mascot Race, presented by the Ag Land Trust.
Saturday, July 18 – Salute to Military Day
Presented as part of the Wrangler National Patriot Program by Tanimura & Antle
Join us in wearing red, white, and blue as we honor the service and sacrifice of America's military members and veterans.
Active-duty military members and veterans can receive free tickets through VetTix, or discounted tickets through GOVX.
Sunday, July 19 – Crown Royal Day of Champions
Experience the excitement as the 2026 California Rodeo Salinas champions are crowned and presented with the prestigious California Rodeo Salinas championship belt buckles during the final performance of the week.
Wrangler Merchandise Ticket Promotion
Purchase $75 or more of Wrangler merchandise at participating Western retailers and receive a redeemable voucher for one Adult General Admission ticket valid on Thursday, July 16, or Sunday, July 19, while supplies last.
