For years, parking at the Salinas Sports Complex during the California Rodeo Salinas and Big Week events has been a challenge due to limited space and growing attendance. In a significant move to improve guest experience, the California Rodeo Salinas is proud to announce a brand-new free off-site parking and shuttle program launching this July.
From July 16–20, 2025, during the Big Week Bull Riding Xtreme Bulls event and the California Rodeo Salinas, guests can park for free at 1440 Constitution Blvd. in Salinas, where they’ll hop aboard a convenient shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to and from the Salinas Sports Complex. The shuttle ride is a quick 15-minute trip and offers a hassle-free way to avoid on-site congestion.
Shuttle Schedule:
- July 16, 17 & 18: 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- July 19 & 20: 11:15 AM to 7:30 PM
On-site parking at the Sports Complex will remain available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a new fee of $30 per vehicle, the first increase in over 20 years. Both cash and credit cards will be accepted.
ADA parking will still be available on-site with no fee at the Salinas Sports Complex, and security will be at both locations during operational hours. Note: There will be no overnight parking or security at the Constitution lot, and lots will be locked after hours.

Strollers may be folded and stored on shuttle buses during the ride. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
