A sold out crowd of 10,697 people witnessed a night of great bull rides at the Salinas Sports Complex during the Big Week Bull Riding Xtreme Bulls event as Josh Frost of Randlett, UT took home the championship buckle.
Presented by Salinas Valley Ford, the Big Week Bull Riding continues to be one of the most popular events held during Big Week, selling out again, like it did from 2015-2019. Josh Frost earned the championship belt buckle, winning the final round with an 84 on Wing and Barrel owned by Cindy Rosser of Flying U Rodeo.
Tickets are available for the upcoming California Rodeo Salinas July 21st-24th twenty-four hours a day at www.carodeo.com, for $5 less per ticket than purchasing in-person. Thursday, July 21st is Tough Enough to Wear Pink night at the Rodeo. Fans can bring an empty Coca Cola bottle or can to the gate after 10am to receive a $5 admission ticket – a $20 savings.
