After an extensive search to replace Country Superstar Toby Keith as the headliner of the July 15th Big Week Kick Off Concert the production team was unable to secure a suitable replacement. Keith’s announcement about cancelling future touring dates came on Sunday, June 12th as he is battling stomach cancer. “Our hearts go out to Toby Keith, and we wish he could be here in July. His team was helpful as we pushed hard to find someone to take his place. We love bringing concerts to our community and are just as disappointed as our fans are,” said David Drew of David Drew Productions, the Rodeo’s partner for the Big Week Kick Off Concert.
Ticket refunds will be issued starting Monday, June 27th at 10am. The Rodeo Association has several events taking place and the process is challenging internally as the Rodeo Association switched ticket providers since 2020 so patience is appreciated.
