Donation Option or Refund Process for Toby Keith Ticket
Option 1: Donate your 2020/2022 Toby Keith concert ticket payment to Public Recreation Unlimited, a 501(c)(3) organization that funds construction projects at the Salinas Sports Complex.
- Please email tickets@carodeo.com with your order number, name and that you would like to donate your money to this organization.
Option 2: Request a Refund
- All tickets purchased from January 17th, 2020, thru December 8th, 2020, at carodeo.com, tickets.com or in person at the California Rodeo Salinas Ticket Office will be refunded at face value* plus $5 facility fee. *All other ticket fees will not be refunded.
- Fill out the form online and mail* in your tickets. *We are not responsible for lost/damaged tickets. If your tickets were set to will call the Ticket Office will be able to verify you did not pick them up.
- Tickets purchased at carodeo.com or in person at the California Rodeo Salinas Ticket Office with a Credit Card from January 26th, 2022, thru June 14th, 2022, have been automatically refunded to that same credit card. No further action is needed. All payments were processed on 6/29/2022.
