Take part in over a century of tradition. More than one hundred years of history, Rodeo action and western entertainment, the California Rodeo maintains the glory, commitment and integrity of the American spirit.

Lend positive exposure to your business. The California Rodeo is extensively promoted throughout California via television, radio, print media and direct mail campaigning. Each year more than 60,000 people attend and participate in the Rodeo and Big Week activities, and thousands of viewers catch the action when the Rodeo is televised on the Pursuit Channel.

As a sponsor of the California Rodeo, your dollars go toward raising funds for local service and charitable organizations and creating opportunities for youths to participate in a nationally recognized community activity. The California Rodeo gives back over $450,000 annually to local non-profits.

2018 Sponsorship Packages

The sponsor committee of the California Rodeo is open to working with each sponsor individually to customize packages to better suit the needs of your business. Rodeo sponsor packages start at $4,000 and are fully customizable to fit your advertising and marketing needs.

The sponsorship packages for the upcoming California Rodeo Salinas are outlined below in greater detailed.

Sponsor

Benefits:

  1. Four (4) tickets to the Sponsor Hospitality area for food and beverages each day of the Rodeo.
    **Extra tickets may be purchased for $250 each, if available. Extra Sponsor Hospitality tickets are available at a first come, first served basis. Sponsor Hospitality ticket/badge is your ticket into the Sponsor Seating area in Section 10 of the West Grandstands.
  2. One (1) Sponsor parking pass each day of the Rodeo.
  3. Eight (8) Reserved Grandstand tickets to the West Grandstands for each day of Rodeo.
  4. One (1) 4-foot by 8-foot Sponsor supplied banner will be displayed during the Rodeo. Banners must have grommets.
    **The Rodeo is not responsible for any stolen banners.
  5. Your Sponsor name will be listed on the California Rodeo website.
  6. Sponsor name will be listed on the Sponsor Board in the Director’s Patio, in the Sponsor Hospitality Tent and on the Instant Replay Screen.
    **The Instant Replay Screen Sponsor Image will run pre-show.
  7. Public address recognition as a Sponsor of the Rodeo each day.
  8. Listing on the Sponsor Recognition page in the Rodeo Souvenir Program.
  9. Two invitations to the Sponsor Pick Up Party held three (3) weeks prior to the Rodeo.
  10. One (1) framed souvenir poster.

The California Rodeo Sponsor committee will make every effort to customize this package to give the best exposure and to meet the needs of the Sponsor and the California Rodeo.


Major Sponsor

Benefits:

  1. Six (6) tickets to the Sponsor Hospitality area for food and beverage each day of the Rodeo.
    **Extra tickets may be purchased for $250 each, if available. Extra Sponsor Hospitality tickets are available at a first come, first served basis. Sponsor Hospitality ticket/badge is your ticket into the Sponsor Seating area in Section 10 of the West Grandstands.
  2. Two (2) Sponsor parking passes each day of the Rodeo.
  3. Twelve (12) Reserved Grandstand tickets to the West Grandstands each day of the Rodeo.
  4. One (1) 4-foot by 8-foot Sponsor supplied banner will be displayed on the back of the West Grandstands each day of the Rodeo.
    **If Sponsor banner is NOT a 4’ x 8’, it will be placed on the front fence.
    **Banners must have grommets.
    **The Rodeo is not responsible for any stolen banners.
  5. Listing on Sponsor Roster page of California Rodeo website with a link to sponsor website.
    **Web address must be provided by Sponsor.
  6. Option for Sponsor-named track event or area naming rights for more exposure.
    **Track events or area naming rights are available at a first come, first served basis. Inquire with committee.
  7. Sponsor name will be listed on the Sponsor Board in the Director’s Patio, in the Sponsor Hospitality Tent and on the Instant Replay Screen.
    **The Instant Replay Screen Sponsor Image will run pre-show.
  8. Public address recognition as a Major Sponsor of the Rodeo each day.
  9. Listing on the Sponsor Recognition page in the Souvenir Program.

    **Extra tickets may be purchased for $250 each, if available. Extra Sponsor Hospitality tickets are available at a first come, first served basis. Sponsor Hospitality ticket/badge is your ticket into the Sponsor Seating area in Section 10 of the West Grandstands.
  2. Two (2) Sponsor parking passes each day of the Rodeo.
  3. Sixteen (16) reserved tickets in the main grandstands for each day of the Rodeo.
  4. One (1) 4-foot by 8-foot Sponsor supplied banner will be displayed on the back of the West Grandstands each day of the Rodeo.
    **If Sponsor banner is NOT a 4’ x 8’, it will be placed on the front fence.
    **Banners must have grommets.
    **The Rodeo is not responsible for any stolen banners.
  5. One (1) wooden 4-foot by 8-foot sign with your logo prominently displayed in the arena during Rodeo.
    **Rodeo will pay for first sign painting. If Sponsor changes logo, the cost of repainting the sign is responsibility of Sponsor.
  6. Sponsor supplied flag presented during the Rodeo performances, guaranteed once per day.
    **Sponsor to furnish flag.
  7. Half-page, full color ad in the California Rodeo Souvenir program.
    **Sponsor to provide camera ready ad to Rodeo Office by May 2018.
  8. Sponsor logo and link to your website on the Rodeo’s homepage and on the Sponsor roster page at carodeo.com
    ** Scrolling logos on Rodeo homepage.

  1. Twelve (12) tickets to the Sponsor Hospitality area for food and beverages each day of the Rodeo.
    **Extra tickets may be purchased for $250 each, if available. Extra Sponsor Hospitality tickets are available at a first come, first served basis. Sponsor Hospitality ticket/badge is your ticket into the Sponsor Seating area in Section 10 of the West Grandstands.
  2. Three (3) Sponsor parking passes each day of the Rodeo.
  3. Twenty four (24) Reserved Grandstand tickets in the West Grandstands for each day of the Rodeo.
  4. One (1) 4-foot by 8-foot Sponsor supplied banner will be displayed on the back of the West Grandstands each day of the Rodeo.
    **If Sponsor banner is NOT a 4’ x 8’, it will be placed on the front fence.
    **Banners must have grommets.
    **The Rodeo is not responsible for any stolen banners.

Benefits:

  1. Sixteen (16) tickets to the Sponsor Hospitality area for food and beverages each day of the Rodeo.
    **Extra tickets may be purchased for $250 each, if available. Extra Sponsor Hospitality tickets are available at a first come, first served basis. Sponsor Hospitality ticket/badge is your ticket into the Sponsor Seating area in Section 10 of the West Grandstands.
  2. Four (4) Sponsor parking passes each day of the Rodeo.
  3. Thirty two (32) Reserved Grandstand tickets to the West Grandstands for each day of the Rodeo.
  4. Two (2) 4-foot by 8-foot Sponsor supplied banners will be displayed during the Rodeo. One (1) to be displayed on the back of the West Grandstands and the other to have premium placement near the Box Office entrance on the front fence.
    **If Sponsor banners are NOT a 4’ x 8’, both will be placed on the front fence.
    **Banners must have grommets.
    **Rodeo is not responsible for any stolen banners.
  5. One (1) wooden 4-foot by 8-foot sign with Sponsor logo prominently displayed in arena during Rodeo.

  1. Sponsor logo will be displayed on one hundred (100) 4’ x 8’ advertising signs to be placed within the community.
  2. Thirty (30) tickets to the Sponsor Hospitality area for food and beverages each day of the Rodeo.
    **Extra tickets may be purchased for $250 each, if available. Extra Sponsor Hospitality tickets are available at a first come, first served basis. Sponsor Hospitality ticket/badge is your ticket into the Sponsor Seating area in Section 10 of the West Grandstands.
  3. Eight (8) Sponsor parking passes each day of the Rodeo.
  4. Sixty (60) Reserved Grandstand tickets to the West Grandstands for each day of Rodeo.
  5. Three (3) 4-foot by 8-foot Sponsor supplied banners displayed each day of Rodeo. One (1) banner to be displayed on the back of the West Grandstands and the two (2) additional banners to have premium placement near the Box Office entrance on the front fence.
    **If Sponsor banners are NOT a 4’ x 8’, both will be placed on the front fence.
    **Banners must have grommets.
    **Rodeo is not responsible for any stolen banners.
  6. One (1) 4-foot by 8-foot wooden sign with Sponsor logo prominently displayed in arena during Rodeo.
