2012 Stickhorse Race Rules & Information

Bring your own stickhorse!!
Register from 4pm-4:30pm in Front of the Kids Corral
Parent/Guardian must be present for registration and participation
Participants will be divided into age groups of 3-4, 5-6 & 7-8 year olds
New this year: the Stickhorse race at 4:30 pm is a preliminary race and 6 finalists from each age group will progress on to a Stickhorse Race Final as an official event during the Rodeo performance around 7pm that night.

The first place winner of each age group at the finals will receive an official winners buckle and everyone who participates gets a goodie bag!!

Rules:

Participants must be 3 to 8 years old to compete. Winners must provide proof of age.
Participants must bring stick horse on race day to participate.
Child must ride stick horse thru entire race.
Judge's decision of winner is final.
Parents must sign release form day of race and cannot leave their child unattended.
